Overview

Lawdragon has recognized Jamison Joiner as one of 500 lawyers nationally “who will define where the legal profession of our country goes.” Jamison represents plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes commercial cases in federal and state courts across the country. He clerked for the Honorable Jane J. Boyle in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas and serves on the court’s advisory committee.

Jamison focuses on advocacy, not any one area of the law. This generalist approach, combined with meticulous preparation, allows him to quickly digest complicated legal and technical issues and transform them into clear, persuasive stories that resonate with judges and juries. His practice spans general commercial litigation, IP and trademark disputes, False Claims Act litigation, and everything in between.
