Whitney Wendel is a legal professional with a strong foundation in federal law and litigation. Before joining Reese Marketos, Whitney worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Stephen R. Bough in the Western District of Missouri. As a clerk, she conducted extensive research and drafted opinions in various areas of federal and state law, including product liability and mass tort matters. Whitney excelled in managing cases, overseeing docket administration, and assisting in the resolution of discovery disputes and pre-trial motions.
Whitney earned her juris doctor degree from The University of Texas School of Law, where she served on the Texas International Law Journal and the Journal of Law and Technology at Texas. Whitney was also a dedicated member of the Women’s Law Caucus.
