Will Hamilton

Overview


Will Hamilton is a trial and appellate lawyer who enjoys seeking justice on behalf of clients. Before joining Reese Marketos, Will practiced litigation at a large international firm, clerked for the Honorable Catharina Haynes on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and clerked for the Honorable Sidney A. Fitzwater on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He draws on his experience with the judiciary to shape winning arguments and strategies for clients.

Will graduated valedictorian of his class at SMU Dedman School of Law. There he also served as Associate Managing Editor of SMU Law Review, Chief of the Criminal Defense Clinic, and Vice President of Christian Legal Society. Before law school, Will worked as a financial analyst for two different Fortune 500 companies.

In his free time, Will enjoys spending time outside with his wife and two sons and coaching youth sports.
