Final judgment on unanimous fraud verdict against Mercedes-Benz

On Thursday, March 7, 2013, Reese Marketos partner Pete Marketos and associate Leslie Chaggaris obtained a Final Judgment on behalf of Reese Marketos client Cardenas Metroplex on a unanimous jury verdict awarding fraud damages and exemplary damages against Mercedes-Benz and three of its employees.
