Josh Russ Returns to RM

Reese Marketos is thrilled to announce the return of Josh Russ to the firm. Josh left Reese Marketos in 2015 to join the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Texas as the Eastern District’s Affirmative Civil Enforcement Coordinator.  Josh also served as the Eastern District’s Civil Healthcare Fraud Coordinator. In 2018, Josh was promoted to serve as the Eastern District’s Civil Chief where he supervised all civil litigation across the six districts of the Eastern District. During his time with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Josh played a pivotal role in fighting healthcare fraud as well as the nation’s opioid crisis. Josh returned to Reese Marketos in November of 2019 as a partner where he will lead the firm’s Eastern District office and its False Claims Act practice.
