RM partner Andrew Wirmani has been named as one of the 2026 Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigators in America for his complex commercial litigation practice.
Lawyers honored on this list are “a who’s who of top trial lawyers from the nation’s greatest trial firms” and were selected among a record-breaking number of nominees, Lawdragon said in its announcement. This is the second year in a row for Lawdragon to recognize Wirmani as a leading litigator.
In addition to his high-stakes commercial dispute practice, Wirmani is a nationally recognized trial lawyer in healthcare litigation, white collar defense, and whistleblower-side False Claims Act litigation.
Recent complex commercial successes of Wirmani’s include favorably settling various class action lawsuits brought against DirectTV under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and settling a $9 million fraud case brought against three healthcare companies by a national insurance carrier. He also recently scored a defense arbitration win for a healthcare client that was sued by a former officer, an outcome that wiped the plaintiff’s six-figure claims and instead put seven figures in the pockets of Wirmani’s client.
