- A $51.98 million bench trial win on behalf of Cardinal Midstream against Energy
Transfer, arising from a dispute over natural gas gathering agreements and failure to pay
earnout compensation; - A take-nothing defense win in the Manhattan Commercial Division for fintech company
Array, eliminating approximately $90 million in claimed liability; - Another take-nothing defense verdict for the same fintech client in the Central District of
California against a competitor who sought $13 million on tortious interference and
trademark infringement, with the jury instead awarding Array $5.2 million for its
counterclaims; - A $12.8 million jury trial win for a Dallas real estate developer whose lenders wrongfully
foreclosed on a townhome project in a scheme to capture the equity for themselves; and
• A complete jury verdict dissolving a $70 million partnership involving TGI Friday’s
restaurants at DFW Airport, along with a take-nothing verdict on $13 million in
counterclaims.
