Reese Marketos attorneys Josh Russ and Allison Cook were hired as trial counsel by a relator in a compounding pharmacy False Claims Act action in the Northern District of Georgia. Reese Marketos teamed up with The Whistleblower Law Collaborative LLC and Bracker and Marcus. The United States intervened and settled the action, with defendants agreeing to pay more than $6.8 million.
